Predictwind

PW provides everything you need to know about the weather to navigate across oceans and win weekend inshore races. Its forecasting accuracy is uncanny. Its site is exceptionally intuitive and easy to use.

Too many issues

I have been using PredictWind for about 2 years, but have noticed more and more issues, and have written to their customer support team twice regarding inaccuracies between their table and map data, and differences between PredictWind provided data from both GFS and ECMWF forecasts and other apps using the same forecasting agencies.
The replies have indicated that there is a problem, and that they would rectify the issue, however nothing has been done after months of waiting and no further information forthcoming.
I wanted to remove auto billing from my account, however this is not an allowable feature - instead, the only way is to downgrade to a free plan, with no refund given for the remaining 5 months of the paid plan.

There are other apps which provide a much more reliable service with better support.
