User friendly apps. Easy to follow step by step booking information
Poorly designed by prehistory mindset
Booked a room and got the payment confirmation and booking reference two months before the arrival date.
Checked the booking 2 weeks before arrival date and the system says no record of booking (issues with in-app account and needed to enter booking, name and dates all over despite you are already logged in!).
No way to write to anyone except to call by telephone!
It is just a copy from the website with the same donotreply email address and the only option is to call. What is the point in the app if it offers no better value than website?
Very poor app. It deserves zero star!
