十分垃圾ITS A SCAM, don’t download it

The app advertised a seven-day free trial with a promise that I could cancel anytime without being charged.
However, after activating the trial, I promptly canceled to avoid any charges. To my dismay, I was charged the full annual fee of 288 HKD before the trial ended. This feels like a deceptive practice that misleads consumers, and I feel cheated.This situation is unacceptable.
Btw, my request for a refund, my appeal was unjustly rejected.

I am extremely frustrated by this situation. The app's advertising clearly stated that I could cancel anytime during the trial without incurring charges. I followed the instructions and canceled immediately, yet I was still charged. This is not only misleading but also feels like a violation of consumer trust.

Please remember that you can only be charged if you start a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before its end. This is explained in the app when you start the trial, in the App Store description, and in the email Apple sent you when your trial started.
