Disappointed

Was working great on my iPad Pro before but recently I can’t seem to connect at all when I try to connect to The US servers, works alright on my MacBook, but doesn’t work well on the iPad Pro anymore.

Best customer service in the world.

I have never faced such customer service before, the patient that explanation detail and helpful. I’ve tried over 10 very famous VPN companies I think I will not use other VPN company anymore. I’m not a very friendly person and just paying US$68 for five years plan but they treat me definitely a VIP so where can you find this kind of service? Also the VPN service is very stable, Asia Europe, so I think anywheres streaming like Netflix and other sports channels like ESPN even Sling TV. I watched many channels that I have never thought before. So here I would like to thank all their staff.

Never works in China

The service never works in China as claimed after subscription trial period has passed. Trying to contact technical support and every time they give you a tag line and this tag line is definitely a standard reply and ask you to be patient and which has been ongoing for more than a month (imagine the frustration of not able to use a service that you need most to by pass the Great Firewall for the whole period and what they said is “please be patient”. They assured you that this is happening across all VPN services but I can assure you that IT IS NOT ! Replying to support ticket fast does not help as it does not have any solution for you.
