The QuitBot app is a chatbot program created by scientists at the Fred Hutchinson Center. The app consists of a virtual coach that helps people quit smoking cigarettes by providing a step-by-step guide to quitting, tools to help deal with urges to smoke, help staying motivated while quitting, and tips for coping with slips, withdrawal, and relapse.
