Cannot open the app

Hi I've download the app and it says please check your network!! I try re-downloading it! It doesn't work! I am from Hong Kong! What can I do please help

Terrible App

If there's one thing I can't stand, it's a poorly designed app that promises the world but delivers absolute trash. This app is not user-friendly at all-it's practically a scam. Navigating it feels like trying to find your way out of a maze, blindfolded.
Now, let's talk about the shows. The quality is so abysmally low that I could film a better production with my smartphone and a group of friends. The storylines? Sacrilegious and illogical! It's as if they randomly selected people off the street to play the roles, and it shows.
They tout their "crisp HD" as a selling point, but let's be real: no amount of HD can save these horrendous shows. They claim to upload a new series every week, but at what cost? Ever heard of "quality over quantity"? If I were stuck on a plane and these shows were playing, I'd rather sit in the lavatory than watch them.
Honestly, these shows make me want to sit on the television and stare at my couch instead. I paid nothing to watch them, but l'm already regretting my life choices-where's my refund? The shows look way better when I turn my monitor off.
I haven't seen something implode this hard since the Titan submarine and that disastrous Snow White movie trailer. Save your time and sanity-avoid this app at all costs!

Unable to use

I am based in Hong Kong, where your app is fully supported and has always functioned without any problems. However, during a recent short trip to Mainland China, I was unable to use the app due to regional restrictions, which I understand is expected.

Now that I have returned to Hong Kong, I should be able to access the app as usual. However, when I attempt to use it, I encounter a persistent error message indicating "Network issues" or similar. Despite having a stable internet connection and reinstalling the app, the issue remains unresolved.

It seems the app might still recognize my temporary location in Mainland China and is incorrectly restricting access. Could you please help me reset or verify my account/device to restore normal functionality in Hong Kong?
