Unable to transfer fund
Unable to transfer fund to my payee, it prompts “Oops! There seems to be a slightly issue. Please try again later.” Though I tried many times

Lesson learnt???
Not at all in this case. It’s still clearly an app that’s led and drive by bank product leads and not customers.
Where are our virtual digital-only banks? One can only hope and pray in this limited lifetime.

Totally UN- user friendly , new app and old website doesn’t sync
I have been trying to transfer money out and it’s impossible as the new app and website which is using the OLD rhb now cannot sync with each other.
They are hoping this will be fix by JUNE! It’s March now!

Hi Eng user, we are sorry that you're having issues with the app. We take note on your feedback and rest assured that we will continuously improve our mobile banking journey for the convenience of our customers.
For your information, we are migrating from RHB Now to the new RHB Mobile Banking App.
To perform fund transfer to other banks, upon login, click the blue button at the bottom center, select 'Pay' and tap 'Make new Payment', select 'Individual' and then select Bank Transfer. Alternatively, you may also do fund transfer via DuitNow.
If you want to perform Secure Plus transaction, please enable Secure Plus at 'Security' section of the menu. Once you've enabled Secure Plus, you will be able to authorise payments of MYR 10,000.00 and above using only your primary device.
