Cash lost

Yesterday I buy the Halloween package,then I buy one equipment,today when I wake up just have one cash,over two hundred cash lost

My purchase lost and my game levels progress lost

I purchase a package and update some of the cooking equipments before. And now I realise those equipments and so many results of levels are lost. Do I need to go through all the levels again with no equipments which I buy before??? Could you please help me to get those equipment back??? And also those levels results back?? Thank you so much

Pls help to fix the bugs

Found out the game level goes bk to level 18 when I opened the games this morning. All the money & bank notes disappeared as well. Actually I’ve already complete the level 750, hope the app support can help to fix the problem, thanks.
