Love this app but got suggestions

I have been usinng the app for around two years. I haven’t written any comment before but now I’d love to. Those functions are really user-friendly with high degree of customization, allowing users to workout whatever he or she likes. One thing I would like to add is a reward or recognition for running a new trail (with respect to inclination, variation of trails, etc, anything that may affect performance becuz of the new trail). This thought struck me when I tried to run a different route today. It might be discouraging if you are running in a slower pace after you run away from your comfort route. Perhaps having a new profile for running new route will do. Moreover, if possible, it will be more attractive if the gifts are directly redeemable rather than some product coupons. Even something of low-valued like key rings or socks will do in encouraging an effort. Anyway, thank you so much for running with me!

Great start but not yet fully developed

I have signed up to Runkeeper Go! to see what this app is like as it syncs with my Garmin watch and I am particularly attracted by its training plans for specific goals on specific dates e.g. half marathon by 1 December. However, despite there being lots of references on the web to the ability to link a training plan with your calendar nothing seems to work. I also couldn’t initially get into the help area to ask about this as my valid (and rechecked) log in details that I used to get into my Runkeeper account on the main site kept on getting rejected by the help sites. Overall the guidance on how to get the best from this app is poor to say the least even after eventually contacting the help desk - who to their credit were very prompt in responding.

So far my trial of this app and particularly the training plan component (which is the bit I paid for) has been pretty disappointing. If ASICS are not going to fully develop this app - and it doesn’t appear that way from my initial experience - then they shouldn’t be taking subscriptions for an upgrade that appears rather simplistic - can’t sync with calendar, can’t record actual distance vs planned distance, can’t undo an error in a manual run entry once done, etc, etc. Sorry to say that I am cancelling my subscription.

Why delinked with Apple Watch

Previously we could see the display of activity data from Apple Watch, but it no longer happened which makes the Apps almost useless for my running activity. Too bad!
