Samsung Galaxy Fit (Gear Fit‪)‬ 4+

Can’t use weather widget on galaxy fit even with setting as advised (refresh every hour and turn on current location). It stated “no network connection” whenever I try to turn on current location in setting. Both IOS and watch software are the most update version. Please fix this.

I am using fit2. I can connect that with my iphone xs. However, my fit2 just sometimes shows notifications and sometimes doesn’t. Really unpredictable. I don’t know what the problem is. But it is really annoying because I need the watch to alert me whenever there are notifications. Cannot even perform such basic function. I really hope that such problem can be solved soon. Or have i just bought a broken device?

Dear user, we are very sorry for the troubled experience. Please try the following to resolve your notification issue:
1. First, enable the Galaxy Fit app to receive notifications to get iPhone notifications in Gear device. (Galaxy Fit app → Notifications→Receive notifications)
2. After that, Go to iPhone Settings → Bluetooth→ Tap the "i" icon next to the name of your Gear device and turn on "Share System Notifications" option.
Note: If you don't see the "System Notifications option" then:
a. Restart(Power Off) your Gear.
b. Tap Allow when you receive a message on your iPhone asking if you want your Gear to show notifications.
c. If you did not get the message, connect your Gear with iPhone and do step 2
3. For Messages, make sure "Allow Notifications" is on from iPhone Settings -> Notifications -> Messages. Also check if Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners are on.
4. For any other app, repeat step 3.

I buy a galaxy fit back home, and I found out that it doesn’t support iPhone se (1st generation), my old phone is worse than this but it still can connect. I hope a new update can support older iPhone such as iPhone se (1st gen) and iPhone 6, 6 plus.
