Easy to use without any training
Had been using many different T&E solution in the market. So far, the best easy to use and navigation I have seen is Concur. No need to get help from anyone to do the claim and book the flight or hotel.

Two issues
1. The app version does not come with “approve & forward” function, the approver in my company required to put the Finance team in the forward list in order to verify the expense detail. Unfortunately it is only available on desktop version, which makes expense approval less convenience when the approver is traveling.
2. Local currency overwrite feature is only available on desktop version, I cannot overwrite the actual amount appear on my credit card, instead I need to go with the stupid method of calculate the exchange rate manually then input the rate in the app instead of input the actual amount charged to my credit card.
Ease to use?!
I find it good but it should have the ability to record the amount and date instead of requiring user to key in. Time consuming!
