Impeccable service and quality

Selfridges is by far my favorite internet shopping site. Easy ordering, delivery and returns. I paid for the one year unlimited delivery and have sent Birthday and Christmas gifts all over the world to friends and family at no extra fees. In addition, customer service is amazing. I live in Asia and buy all my Bobbi Brown and Chanel cosmetics from Selfridges at a fraction of the cost. If you don't like anything, the return is free and easy!

Love and hate selfridges

I love Selfridges as a department store and its pricing/offerings but hate that this app is ridiculous for below reasons which I hope the team will look into:

1) The app crash often or cannot load products like time out
2) You can only favourite 50 items i) that’s a small list and I don’t know the rationale behind the limit of 50 items, and ii) a lot of the time I cannot favourite things or the things I favourite got missing or ones I deleted is still there
3) Oversea buyers cannot leverage of sale often (ex. I see sale or price decrease but when I put the product in my cart or checking out it is in original price)
4) Products often not updated or in limited sizes (not sure if it’s an operational issue or actual corporate strategy)
5) Many products do not ship oversea (I hope the future it will open up more products for international shipping including electronics using the same voltages)

The reason I type such a long review is my sincere hope that they will actually improve based on my comments so I can continue to be a loyal customer outside of UK. I really enjoyed the annual international shipping and hope this continues - if the app improve!

Recent performance is annoying

I used to shop a lot through this app. But over the last two months, even when i login, it asked me to login it again after i browsed several pages… when you said on the login page that you only ask once…
And at the checkout page, i need to re input my delivery details again and agin
I tried to reinstall the app, it worked only once like previous experience. Then it all went wrong
Also, the inventory is not the same as desktop page.
Recent experience drove me back to desktop site for purchase. Somehow inconvenient
