The extra ordinary

Very efficient and on time delivery. The products are awesome after years of trying other products to solve my skin problems the search is over im now an ordinary woman 🙂. 100 % recommended!

Payment failed, lack of support

Overall easy to use i.e finding products/adding to cart/checking out. However, my credit card payment did not go through and it happened several times. This only happens on the app and my card works fine with other merchants. The only thing support could do was suggest me to retry payment or try a different payment method. I don’t have Alipay and can’t pay another way, they need to fix this issue. Also the item I wanted was out of stock by the time I could retry payment, and support just told me to put in a new order.

User friendly

The App is easy to use.
There was one hiccup - my gold membership gift could not be included in my order though I tried it twice, online and via the App
