Can’t add driving license
try to link up with driving license, there is an error with Technical issue and force to restart message came up.

Hi Nelson3060, thanks for reviewing. This error message can be caused by either an issue with cookies on your device, or a lack of information in the backend of your account. Please open the Settings app > scroll to and tap Safari > scroll to and tap Advanced > make sure "Block All Cookies" is turned off. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please then scroll to and tap Safari > scroll to and tap Clear History and Website Data > select All History and tap Clear History. Please note this will sign you out of any pages you have logged into. If you still encounter this issue, that means it is due to a lack of information. If this is the case, please call us at 13 77 88 and ask to have your phone number and email address updated in the backend.
