Use to be happy

I love the dresses here. Most of my dresses is from SHEIN but really now you guys have shipping insurance??? You already have shipping fee and when they deliver it to your house there is still another fee and yet you guys are adding more fees????? What's the use of your points???? When you add extra charges??? And before when I order it usually just takes 2days to deliver...now it’s taking forever!!!! Getting very disappointed!!!!

Some suggestions for changes to the app

Firstly, it would be great if there was a option to change the language from cantonese to english as that would make shopping a tad bit easier but it’s not that big of a inconvenience.

Next, it would be awesome if we could reply to the reviewers who left their reviews on products. It would enable shoppers to have a good idea of what the product is actually like.

Yea that’s it for now, pls consider these changes, as for overall shopping experience, can’t say much since i haven’t actually purchased any items myself, looking forward to doing so 💫

Can’t even shop - no language change

Can’t change language to English (I live in Hong Kong) on both the app and website. Even if you translate the website to English, it’s hard to search for stuff as the translations are very likely to be direct translations.

It’s not very convenient and it’s a little strange for a big brand to not have this option. Every other brands I’ve shopped with have the option to change your currency and language no matter where you are.

Tried shopping on the US website as well, but couldn’t even make it past checkout. Was only for US shipping. Would love for this issue to get fixed. Hopefully one day, I can shop with you guys.
