Ratings and Reviews
I hope that the redeemable time can be quicker and give the cashback on time
I think Shopback is an useful and cost-saving app, recommend for travellers to save money! However, we have to wait a long time to get the money back (need patience). One of the transactions from HoldCover that should be redeemable last week, did not give me the money on time… Shopback said they follow up on the issue but there aren’t any replies until now.

Never receive any cash back
I have attempted to use the Shopback app for making purchases, but unfortunately, I have never succeeded. Firstly, it has a very long processing time which I find quite frustrating. I cannot understand why it takes so much time to chase a record in a digital world. I have followed all the necessary steps, starting from the Shopback page, but I still receive an automated message stating that they cannot track the record after three months.
It is disheartening to spend a lot of money on promotion and marketing, only to be deceived into using an application that does not deliver what it promises. In the end, the user gets nothing out of it.

Nice app... but requires adjustment
Love the idea of this app, but it's not entirely English friendly. Never have I ever asked my friends for translation (from chinese to English) via a shopping app in order to make purchases, therefore further development is needed in order to make it more user-friendly.
