Why I can use the app

One day I opened the app , but it turned black and did not appear anything.So I deleted the app and downloaded it again ,but it still doesn’t work.I thought maybe it’s my phone’s problem but when I turn off my phone and turn on it again .The app still can’t work.Hope you can help me to solve this problem and reply me , thank you!
