Lost connection
My sleep dot always lost connection, after close the apps, and open again , can see the device but connect fail, i want to use different account to connect it first, please fix it ..
Cannot link my wake up light to the app
My wake up light’s ID starts with EW1B instead of EW1E as shown in the app’s tutorial, would that be the cause of the problem?
No network connection
The app always saying no network connection even use WiFi or 4G network. Can’t connect to the Nox or press help!! Please fix it!
