Version 11.5
Renamed the Sonos S1 Controller, this app supports systems that include the oldest Sonos products. Systems supported by this app will continue to receive bug fixes and security patches but will not receive new software features found in the new Sonos S2 app and will not be compatible with Sonos products released after May 2020. Great app
Easy to use and works well with all my sonos products
Fantastic speakers, very average app....
App: A lot of room for improvement, the music library could be made easier to navigate by allowing to click through to different albums, artists faster but the interface is pretty rigid in current form & hopefully improves over time. The song search function also needs to be more adaptable. The EQ customisation options are also pretty limited considering the capabilities of the speaker. In addition the app constantly needs to be updates due to bugs.
Irritations with Sonos
It seems like every time I want to use the system it needs an update, which is really annoying. You want to listen to music and the system wants to update so you have to wait.
The user interface is not intuitive.
Why don’t we have an option like airplay?
