I can not find a clear introduction to the difference between different levels of memberships.
I believe I have made the payment so many times. I will only be able to figure it out after receiving the statement next month.
I have paid for Premium Plus, but on my phone, I can only see that I am a premium member.
It is so confusing…
However, the app itself is very well designed, and I look forward to seeing more advanced classes on it.

Thank you for letting us know you want to use it on your PC.
Speak is currently available as an app download on mobile and tablet devices. We ask for your understanding that we do not currently support a separate PC environment, as our greatest strength is to provide an environment where you can practice English conversation by simply taking your mobile phone out of your pocket anytime, anywhere.
However, we will share your comments with the team internally and, as you said, we will positively review the method of using it on the desktop.

How satisfied are you with our services?
Limitation on usage even you paid for premium plan
I purchased the premium plan for Speak English learning app, only to discover that it comes with usage limitations. I am unable to continue my lessons without paying extra for additional credits. This has left me feeling extremely disappointed since I had already paid a high annual fee, and yet I'm still being asked for further payments in order to continue my learning journey.
