Spendee Money & Budget Planner 4+

Great App

I’ve been enjoying this app so far, sleek and clean UI and great functionality. I would like to point out a bug with the current build, extra income and salary tend to mess up one another, when I input a transaction and labelled it salary, all other transactions labelled extra income would change it’s label to salary. It would be great if the developer could look into it. Sorry if there’s a bug report functions around that I’m not aware of.

What a waste of money

Do NOT pay for the premium version of this app! I made the mistake of getting the lifetime premium version. The reason I paid for premium was to get access to the bank account connection feature. However, this feature stopped working after three weeks of using it. First, I started having bugs with the connection to my bank, then I started to frequently get disconnected, and now the bank connection just does not work. I have been in contact with Spendee support by email for the past two weeks, they have been of no help. my issue is still there, and they have given me no fix. In the last email reply, they sent me, they told me that my issue was not severe enough to be prioritised. What a joke. I repeat, do NOT get the premium version of this app. Furthermore, I have tried to contact the App Store to get a refund, and after making two requests, a refund has been denied, as I am considered “not eligible”. Do NOT pay for this.

Not so satisfied now...

I was attracted by its clean and friendly layout, still the UX is great. So I subscribed the premium version for an almost half price time limited promotion. Then recently I found out the price is even lower... this is really unfair for the customer who bought the app during the ‘special promo’. Additionally, the app always categories and hashtags my expenses wrongly, which doesn’t make my life easier that I have to spend time to check it. I have been trying out other new apps in the market and they don’t have this problem at all and they are even able to show the merchant’s logo. Considering that those apps are even free, don’t think Spendee is worth this price.
