Are you ever going to fix the bug that wipes all my downloaded music.
No seriously. I pay for a subscription to be allowed to have no ads and the ability to download selected albums to “have them on the go.”. This should be wonderful because no need to use Mobile data when I leave the house right? Nope. The app keeps purging the albums I download so I end up using mobile data. And then I have to spend time downloading everything all over again. This has been going on for over a year. Clearly you either don’t care or these reviews are pointless. It’s more of a PSA for those who deciding whether to pay for a subscription. Read this and decide if it’s worth it.
No undislike bottom? You’re like kidding?
After updating the app, a dislike button appears in the original position of the “add” button and the add button moves up somewhere. Every time I hear a good song and want to add, I dislike the song immediately instead and THIS ACT CANT BE UNDO because you can’t find track of what you have played and that song just forever disappear to you even you rewind the playlist! I’m surprised the UX design of sportify is like this stupid that it doesn’t assess all the possibility of using experience !
Smooth app and lovely music service
Especially love the curated playlists and the “Connect” function for switching between devices. It’s easy to find the types of playlists you seek. Variety is what streaming’s for after all.
Interface is clean and elegantly designed, though there could be some improvements for more intuitive user-control.
I’m not sure where do I send feedback to. Just hope I could pin my fav playlists on top. Can be inconvenient to find them when I save new playlists.
