Specialised Sports Performance is designed for sport.
SSP Plus allows you to connect to a Suunto Movesense pod and upload your data to the SSP analysis site.
The software allows players and coaches to monitor player conditioning and plan training to avoid injury and optimise performance.
Simple dashboards show where you are training too much or too little so you can focus on weak areas and arrive at each match in peak condition.
Key Performance Indicators are tailored to sport, age and position so every player knows exactly how they can improve.
