Problem

Can the characters in Hong Kong be set to be all traditional characters? Sometimes it's traditional, sometimes it's simplified, it's annoying

Good platform to buy and sell sneakers as long as something doesn’t go wrong

I’ve been using StockX since 2016. At that time, this platform provided excellent marketplace for buying and selling sneakers. However, there are many other competing platforms that provide pretty much the same experience. In general, buying and selling on StockX works well. In my experience, 4 out of 5 transactions will be seamless but the problem arises when that failed transaction happens. It’s a nightmare trying to get in touch with the customer service, which is one of the worst I have experienced from any business. As a buyer, I’ve had instances where shipment was on pending for more than 6 weeks and after numerous emails, StockX only decided to refund the money after 7 weeks of failed delivery of goods. As a seller, I’ve also had shipment going missing and in this sort of case, sellers will not be able to retrieve the money or get back the original goods sent to StockX. Until these issues are resolved and StockX significantly improve their Customer Service, I am ready to take my business to other platforms. Having a dedicated 24/7 toll free CS line would be a start.

Service Pledge & Standard have been deteriorating, sending many emails for enquiries without any reply for more than few weeks. Having been losses FX when the money exchange back to local currency for US$ when the Authentication Hub had checked the seller’s product was faked, this is a serious problem although the US$ refund is the same but they automatically converted back to the credit card for which the money was debited before which led to a great FX losses charged by the credit card/ PayPal company & also subject to market fluctuations. They should credit back to buyer’s PayPal Balance I’m US$ instead. It took a prolong time (sometimes a few weeks) to receive the product bought from the StockX in the past 2 years after they have been injected fundings by new investor to expanded their business. I may change to use other platform to trade in the near future. Very disappointing since I am a long time clients to use the StockX platform.
