Terrible experience

My child and I once joined the promotion event of this app, we were forced to wait ~30 minutes to connect to this app. The server of this app is not capable to handle >30 login request. I know this is a common problem facing by a startup due to the limitation of money. However, the founder and technicians are not responding to any of these request. It makes me feel that they are over ambitious and not taking care of their customers.
