No portable desktop client, poor legibility, iOS app primitive

Lack of portable desktop client is a major negative compared to, say, Dropbox. Otherwise this would be at least a 4 star; unfortunately, still looks like no plans for one even in 2014 (been years now)

Another issue is the text is just too big. File names are only partially visible. The user should be able to customize the layout depending on the legibility required. All in all this app hasn't progressed much in last few years and still feels like its a work in progress. More effort is needed, especially since others have stepped up their game since 2012!

Can be better

SugarSync is good for the price. I love the function where I can synchronize my musics (not in iTunes) to my iPad and play them as if I am playing my musics synced By iTunes.

But the user interface is not so user friendly, both in computers and apps. The interface when you expand the directories is way too fancy and quite misleading. For example, when I want to go to the parent directory, I have to use some time to figure out how to do it. Otherwise, nothing to complain, keep it on.

Not incremental sync

It is a good tool while I rate only one star because I want the vendor to notice a defective.
I copied some folder to iPad. While any time I add some files on the source computer and want to sync to iPad, I press the "refresh" button and expect only the new added files will show up on the transportation list, unfortunately, I see all the files and folders are copied again! It is just stupid and takes a lot of time.
If this bug can be solved I can rate it four stars. It can reach 5 if it become more user friendly.
