Very good vpn app

Using for few year already, very good. By the way if can have schedule turn on and turn off vpn function that will be super cool, because during working hours that properly people would turn off and after out of office will turn on again, but sometimes people forget to turn it on, so if have that kind of option I will super recommend. 👍

Hey! Thank you for your positive feedback! We are happy to hear Surfshark had worked out for you for a couple of years! We will think about developing the idea of scheduled VPN. In the meantime you can also choose to "pause VPN" instead of disconnecting! It's already in the app, all you need to do is pick "Pause VPN" in the prompt which appears after disconnecting from the server!

Good in general, minor glitches exists.

Pros: -Great price with lots of discounts.
-Easy to use and attractive looking UI
-Easy to navigate
-App frequently updated
-Powerful AD Blocking service that
censors most website w/o being detected
-Speed is good
-Kill switch is an advantage
-No log policy, however there are still some trackers which detects errors only.
-No activity should be tracked

Cons: -Speed slows overtime, if connected for 5 hours, internet speed greatly reduced. If connected over 10 hours, the internet stops working completely while showing it’s connected.

-Netflix detects the VPN connection exists in certain servers. Solution: Manual disconnect, reconnect then it works, have no idea what caused it. After reset protocol, vpn profile etc Problem still not solved after 2 years. Overall: Highly recommended, Glitches do exist, but usually mostly solved by reconnecting.

Tips: Be sure to use promo codes over the internet, after using the codes the prices are mostly only 20% of the original price, hope that helps.

Poor customer service and irresponsible replies

I have been failing to connect VPN in China since July and asking for the reasons. The CS staff said that China strict control had made them a headache and they had been trying to solve the issue. However, they did not know when the problem would be solved. I asked what the compensation would be. The staff , at the beginning, just said a free month! It is really ridiculous! I have failed to use the VPN for more than one month! I subscribed this VPN service in May this year and if they did not know when it could be solved, how much loss am I going to have?
Should there be a fairer compensation? Initially, I asked for a partial refund but they just kept on saying that they were trying to solve it!
Come on! What about my monetary loss?
