Based on the Tabata training method, the Tabata Pro - Workout Timer pushes you through your intense, interval training – 20 seconds of "all you've got", 10 seconds of rest.

This Tabata timer is for both beginners and pros in Tabata HIIT.

Tabata Pro - Workout Timer comes loaded with three default exercise workouts. All default workouts can be customized, for those who want to extend the Tabata training method and improvise their own HIIT training.

The best part - Tabata Pro - Workout Timer can be used without gym memberships or expensive equipment for any circuit training workout. Use it as a circuit timer when sprinting, biking, swimming, running up stairs or any other exercise that allows you to burst, rest, repeat.
