The staff Pon is very helpful. I'm going to Japan with my family very soon. That is the first time to be Japan on our own. He provided me a lot of good ideas for planning the trip and told me places worth to go, eat and buy. And let me know to buy the train passes in a low price for visiting around. All the information that he provided to me is very clear. I'm very appreciated for his patience, friendly and helpful to us. He is an excellent staff. Well done.

Very useful and easy to use, and staff are friendly and helpful. The service fee charged for bookings are also quite reasonable compared with similar services. There is one aspect that can be improved however, and that is how proactive the staff are with their follow ups and updates. I wanted to make a reservation at a restaurant, but it was too early and the restaurant was not yet open. I was told the booking would be made once it opened, but I received no further update after that. Upon asking for an update later that day I was told that the restaurant was actually closed as it was a long weekend, and I had to wait until Monday before they could try booking again. Then on Monday, again I received no further updates and had to make the reservation request again before getting a response and finally a confirmed reservation. It wasn’t a big problem but Gurunavi, for example, was much more proactive with their assistance and following up with bookings, and if Tabiko made some improvements in this area the app/service would be perfect!

This app was such an amazing find. They respond very quickly, they're friendly and can literally answer any question you may have regarding anything in Japan, like hotels, transportation, food, tourist spots etc.
Mika helped me out so much, she even helped me find a hotel at a good price.
If you're going to Japan, you should definitely try this out!
