This is a scam

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I paid usd 396 a month for the service. The 1st therapist did not respond so I contacted the customer support. Took them 3 weeks to respond. My matching agent helped to change a therapist fairly quickly but then we found out the 30min per week live sessions were not available. I was asked to pay extra $65 for each session. This time neither my matching agent nor my therapist could help. The system is showing my room as “unpaid” and she couldn’t manually fix that even though she can see from my screen I am paying 396 a month! The customer support never came back to us so we stopped the subscription right away.

I really like the concept but their tech support is far from ready. Even my therapist told me she had difficulties with them and the system locked her out for a few days!! Shame on you Talkspace!

Not only bad but dangerous!

I paid for one month! I got in touch with the therapist. We were supposed to work for a month to start with. For few days he asked questions and I gave answers. Revealed the most private details of my life. And then all of a sudden, I’m kicked out of the app. When I logged back in, everything is fresh. There is no history, there is no therapist. The worst of the worst, I contacted support on Oct 25th, 3 days has passed, they have offered no response.
Usually I don’t give negative comments about an app. But this is not just a random game app. I contacted the therapist when I needed help. Instead of help they’ve left me stranded in the dark. Now I’m worried about my personal information!
