can't select text and search

please disable copy whole section function.
I want to select some words and do searching.

Sync reading progress across devices

What’s really missing here is a seamless experience when switching between iPad, iPhone apps and Economist website. I often switch between devices (depending on where I am), but the ‘reading progress’ (respectively, the checkmarks for read articles) in the weekly edition only shows on one device. It would be great if that could be synced across all devices.

Also, despite the frequent app updates the app seems clunky and slow and often crashes on my older iPad.

Very Excellent Content, still minor problems with the app

I’m a fan of the Economist since a student, firstly as a way to learn English language, and during the reading of the Economist articles, it gave me lots of new perspective to think and interpret news and social, economical and political issues. The app is generally good, especially launch the daily picks in the first page. The still minor problem is the loading of pictures, very slow loading.
