Good experience n fair searching functionality

Good experience on redemption but the searching by location functionality is weak. User can’t search by district or category.

Generally good but got rejected for no reason sometimes

It’s generally good but I have experiences being rejected at the spot. Sometimes when the restaurant staff said oh you can use it today (not on an exclusion day) then you have nothing to say. Sometimes I leave the restaurant right away, sometimes it’s hard when you have told friends to come to that place.
I have tried to complain to Entertainer but there’s not much they can do for you. No refund I mean, max they can give you is some coupon which has condition to spend up to certain amount

Watch out for offer validity

My first year purchasing the entertainer in HK, the first half of the year was fine until starting off 2019 June, many restaurants stopped contracting with entertainer and those that were on my to go list just vanished, and they are so tricky that they change the offer validity, for example from main item buy 1 get 1 free to 25% off the total bill, from discount for food now changed to discount for drinks. So many restaurants are gone from the app, the offers now are significantly less attractive and it’s not worth the price I paid for the annual membership, don’t think I will purchase again next year, pretty much a scam.

There maybe some changes in the merchant list this is because some merchants did not renew their contract with us, however our team is striving hard to get more merchants to participate with us and surely you will see more additions in the next product ie 2020. The 25% off the total bill is an additional benefit should you prefer to take this offer as opposed to 2 for 1
