App crashes
I’m using iPhone 7. The latest version of the app crashes all the time. Can barely open the app to credit the points. Hope the bug could be fixed asap.
Can’t login after change a new iPhone
I am a member and recently change a new iPhone. The app showed that will send email with a new password for change a new device. However, I haven’t received the email for a week ago. I reported the issue through app and asked for new password, no email was sent to my email box. Facebook login button also didn’t work.
Rubbish app
I don’t understand why when I change a new device I have to notify you and apply for it, and I can only do that 1 time a month 3 times a year. It’s not a banking app. I don’t even want to buy from your store anymore because of the hassle. Nothing from your place is that special for the headache.
