Please make it compatible with ipad pro 10.5 inches and above
Please make it compatible for ipad pro 10.5 inches. At the moment I am reading the news in a very large font as for some reason it does not adjust to the size of my ipad. Please sort this out as it is quite annoying! Other than that. Everything else is great!
No access to the Sunday Times for iTunes subscribers AGAIN
Sigh. Yet again the Sunday Times is not available for iTunes subscribers who have paid for the content. This is a recurring problem that the Sunday Times refuses to fix. Even if you delete the app and try to download it again it will not download. Very disappointing.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear of your troubles using The Times of London app. We have a new update available which may be able to solve your problem, should it happen again. As you probably know, you can update the app by opening the "App Store" app and tapping the Updates tab at the bottom on the right. If you don’t already have the latest version, The Times should show in the list with an Update button to the right of it, which you can tap to download it. With the latest update, there is a “Log out” button at the bottom of the Settings panel, which you can open with the “cog” at the bottom right corner when viewing an edition. Logging out and back in again should re-check the entitlements for your direct subscription or in-app purchases. If you are a direct subscriber (i.e. you have an account with The Times), use your email address and password associated with your Times account to log in again. Or if you purchased your subscription(s) through the app, please tap the “Restore App Store purchases” button. I hope this will help and provide a satisfactory experience with The Times of London.
