Time Block is easy to use. Each day you fill out your time block grid with your daily activities and allocate them a time slot. If you get knocked off this schedule, you simply drag the blocks to an appropriate time. Get reminders when a slot if about to start and mark activities complete when done. You can quickly capture tasks and notes. And that’s all there is to it!
