Very good app but there are some nasty bugs

I really like this app. Honestly, I would have given it a 5 star review if there were a nasty bug where the app would return to its home page suddenly.
I use this app on an ipad to make the stickers and it often go back to pack editing page suddenly when I am making a sticker. This bug is super annoying because it makes me loss a ton of progress and wastes a lot of my time.
I hope this bug will be fixed in next patch but I haven’t find the root cause of it yet.
Edit: I think they just fixed the bug in the newest update! It is very kind of the development team to respond promptly and fix the app so quickly! Thank you very much! I have to change my rating from 3 to 5!

Hi, Thomas! Sorry for that, we are aware of this bug, it is effecting few users. Usually, it happens when the phone is running out of memory. We are trying to fix the problem, I guess we are going to release a new update for it soon.

I love the way you can add stickers from your own camera roll and customise the stickers and I don’t regret getting this app

Can’t access photos

I just downloaded Top Stickers yesterday and i was trying to figure something out, because i can’t access photos and make stickers and i even several-checked settings and i don’t see the button to access photos. I haven’t make a sticker or anything yet, but i think it looks really cool! But i still can’t access photos. Can someone please tell me about this or someone tell me if you have the same problem? I love you byeeee (^^)

To fix this problem, please follow the steps below:
1 - Access the Settings app on the iPhone;
2 - Enter the Privacy option;
3 - Choose Photos / Gallery;
4 - Navigate to our Top Stickers app;
5 - Grant access to all photos
