Limit the time is not good

It would be better if there is no time limit～

Takes too long time to regain energy

Align with every players feedback, It was attractive AT FIREST ONLY, but it turns disappointment now coz it taks too long time to gain only 100 energy ( it can be completely used in 5 minutes and we have to wait for near 3 hours for next round of fullly recharge x100 energy).

Also the ways to quickly recharge energy are mainly CASH that making the game to be disgusting.

And the order of customer are too hard to fulfill which the game turns boring and not interesting now. Planning to uninstall it in a few days until all of my patience gone.

Recent Game Experience

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the game. I unintentionally used a large amount of diamonds and was unable to get a refund or any form of assistance from the support team. This incident has made the game significantly harder to play without spending real money, and I find it unfair that mistakes due to mispresses are not compensated in any way.

I believe that many players, including myself, would greatly appreciate it if the game could implement a system to review and address such accidental purchases.
