Always happy to be staying at the Empire Causeway Bay. The location- - amid streets dotted with excellent small eateries, provides a pleasurable stay with days of glorious eating experience .
The staff of the check in counter is generally up on what they are doing although the young men can be more relaxed and less formal. The maids doing the cleaning are friendly . The hygiene of the rooms is up to standard but as soon as carpeting is a presence dust accumulates and there are micro organisms that bites and which are embedded in the bed mattresses. This is something that has to be looked into!

I have been chatting with your staff for the last four days for just rearranging my other flight from Newcastle to London and London to Hong Kong due to the cancellation by BA. Unfortunately, it’s been 4 days talking to 7 of your colleagues from 6 am UK TIME till late evening without making any progress whatsoever! I was told to check my email. But no email. I was told I would be contacted shortly, correct number you have but no calls from your staff. It’s very annoying and frustrating as my holiday is basically ruined by your utterly hopeless team of staff.
Staff sometimes don’t even understand basic English ‘like go ahead’ for granting permission to rebook the tickets.
Everything seems chaotic to me about my trip this time. Very disappointing.
Now it’s 00:12 and I still haven’t got my confirmation of the flight today!
Would you accept a company like this to organise your trip next time? I won’t definitely.

Every time I have an issue or concern about a flight, I call them and talk to an agent within 1min. Other companies ask sooo many questions before you can actually talk to an agent and it’s a waste of time.

Agents are always fast and efficient and get the problems resolved super fast.
