Useless

I have been using Turnitin for marking my students’ assignments in multiple classes, but I have been experiencing issues with syncing on both my iPhone and iPad in the past year. This has caused me a lot of frustration as it has led to delays in marking my students’ work. I contacted Turnitin but they asked me to use desktop instead. If assignments can’t be viewed, whats the function and purpose of this app? I hope Turnitin can address this issue and improve their syncing capabilities to make it more user-friendly.
