【App怎麼用】

1.確保您的iPhone或iPad與Chromecast連接到相同的本地網絡。不要使用多個VLAN或子網。

Heavy delay

At least 4s delay even in a 5G WiFi network. Many more free app can de even better. Don’t download

There is indeed a delay between the iPhone and TV, which is usually about 3-4 sec (depends on your TV model and network). This is due to the TV buffering behavior that is unfortunately outside of our control. We are constantly researching ways to improve it.
However, if you see other apps that can do better than us (with both video and audio), then please let us know. We are always looking forward to improve our product. So your feedback will help us achieve it. Thanks!

Hi,
Can you tell us where you played your videos from? Did you try playing videos from Safari / Chrome browser? Audio playback to TV from Safari / chrome is a known problem from Apple and we are waiting for a fix from them. Meanwhile, you can use other web browsers like Opera Mini browser and Dolphin Web Browser (both available for free in the app store) that would allow you to play audio on TV. If the problem still persists, please contact us either via email (support@airbeam.tv), Facebook Messenger or through ‘send diagnostic information’ from the app. Our support team is available 24/7 and would be glad to help you mirror your audio on TV.
