The Authy app can now, server side, dynamically increase the amount of rounds of password-based key derivation function for encrypting seeds, making passwords harder to brute force. This allows the app to adapt to the ever increasing compute power. We are leveraging this new feature to make passwords 100 times more resistant to brute force attacks.

Finally added the feature to add logo to the 2FA enabled service

Literally unusable before this feature was added

sluggish UI and no alt-accounts support

Like many other reviewers have pointed out already, the UI design should get some more love and redesign. But in terms of function, which is a more important in determining whether an app is worth keeping, Authy lacks the ability to support multiple accounts of the same service. For example if I have multiple gmail accounts or facebook accounts, it has no way to differentiate the alt-accounts. There is a way actually, but it is so clumsy and inadequate to the point I am compelled not to consider it as one. There are many authenticator apps out there, but I would still prefer to support indie developers like Authy rather than big corporate makers like Google or Microsoft. I oppose to all concepts of monopolies.
