Hope to add feature
I hope Uber Driver App could add an “On my way home” feature. Sometime I drive almost 50 miles away from home. And I don’t want to go home empty car wasting charges. I hope to pick up guests who would go to the same direction towards my home, not drives me further away.
Worst GPS ever
How come you can sent me to the middle of the highway as customers location and I took all the complaints for customers ? How come you can assign order 10 km away? Which lead to order cancellation when I have spent 8 min afford to get there and I didn’t even have cancellation fee. Instead of providing the exact pickup location, you put me on the other side of the hill. 😭😭😭It should be fun being a Uber driver, but it is not.
Navigation
In Hong Kong, the use of “ Uber navigation” which I guessed is very similar to Google map is not clear, particular when approaching a fork of a dividing road. Indeed, the use of “高德” seems better.
