Ucardia allows you to safely take part in cardiac rehab while at home. We partner with your cardiologist and/or cardiac rehab facility to deliver a personalized rehab program. With the Ucardia app, you are working with a world-class care team that meets you where you are in your health journey.
Ucardia integrates with the Apple Health application and allows you to sync your steps and health history asynchronously.
