Getting worst by each release to the extent that the new release seems to push you to all the fancy images instead of allows you to browse full category on your own.

Also to echo what others are saying here, the login is nightmare! Developers please test it with actual humans!

Hard to pay and choose delivery location. Not all item can pick up in store, I purchased two items with different delivery options. Why don’t list out which items can’t pick up in store in the first page directly until I choose delivery location. Sometimes, the apps just stop running. Since the app just stops running in pay section twice and I cannot pay, I cancel my order and delete apps.

The app is actually not quite user friendly... So hard to know what the categories are even though it has been labelled... The format is still rather based on desktop version rather than full on mobile version, which I think is a disappointment... I believe that the app should be like... I click the gender and it just shows me what's the new arrivals are or even just shows me every piece of clothing they have.

Should really consider the way that H&M does it because it is so much easier to use
