Fix Bug

I’ve been using the app for several years now and absolute love it, it doesn’t cage you if you have the free version, like me. However, recently the app can’t seem to load more than 4 rows of posts of my accounts. Please fix this!

Our apologies for the inconvenience. Rest assured, this issue is fixed with the release of UNUM version 3.10.4. To help us make UNUM the best it can be, we would love it if you can give us some feedback and share your input on what other features we can provide you at support@unum.la.

Login problem

Before I’d love to use your app, however after the new update, the app logged out my Instagram account and requested me to sign in again. At first, I got a login error message about “Facebook activity is off”, then I tried several times and also turned on my Facebook activity, but it still couldn’t work. So I reinstalled the app and did all things again. But then Instagram didn’t allow me to login, I couldn’t receive any codes, and it said it couldn’t connect to Instagram. I have been dealing with this problem for half hour. Please check and fix it, thanks!

Hey! We are sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Looks like it is happening outside of UNUM. Kindly turn off the two-factor authentication for Instagram. Here are the steps:
1. Tap the hamburger menu and go to Settings.
2. Go to the Security settings. 3. Tap the Blue Button to Turn OFF. 4. Confirm you want to turn off the two-factor authentication feature. If you experience any issues, kindly send us an email at support@unum.la.

Less and less function

I liked that this app can input multiple account and many functions
Now the latest update removed the shift function from the free version. It is very annoying cause they put the shift button in the free version tool bar, so that you will automatically click on it whenever u want to shift the whole grid, AND ask u to subscribe

I now just input few blank image when I need to shift the grids, it works, just very annoying.

We’re sorry that you feel that way. For simplicity, we now combined the grid shift and adding new tiles to improve functionality. When you add or delete your empty tiles, the grid shifts automatically if you are working on a free version. We would love to help you more if you have any questions at support@unum.la.
