Our app did not work as well as it should and we are sorry it's been frustrating!
We would like to check the trouble shooting logs from your app to investigate on this issue. If you are able to access the pre-login page, tap on 'FAQ', scroll down and tap on 'Contact Us' and tap on 'Send Trouble logs'. Do include 'App Store Review: xccvxv' in the email title for us to identify your logs.
