城市售票網（URBTIX）為節目主辦者和市民提供方便可靠的票務服務。顧客可透過設於港九及新界多區的城市售票網售票處、指定表演場地及主要博物館的全新自助售票機、網上購票系統、流動購票應用程式，以及電話購票熱線購票。

“URBTIX” 是一個全新開發的流動購票應用程式，方便購票人士在智能手機上購票。此應用程式更會為已登記成為會員的購票人士提供一系列的個人化服務，包括將喜愛的節目納入書籤方便日後快速查看、接收電郵提示出席所購節目、在智能手機上儲存電子票以及進行轉贈、可使用指紋/人臉識別技術登入個人帳戶等，享受更貼心便捷的購票體驗。

康樂及文化事務署 (康文署) 於2022年12月推出城市售票網全新票務系統。該系統由天津貓眼微影科技有限公司為康文署因應用家需要而開發，以及提供營運服務。新系統具備更大容量，可更有效處理熱賣節目的購票需求，並提供更多便捷的購票功能，包括支援多種電子支付方式等。

One of the worst apps in the history of the App Store

The new Urbtix app has long been under development. While it is an improvement of the previously outdated infrastructure and moving into a cloud based solution, I am astonished by the lack of UAT prior to its deployment into production, resulting in a huge amount of bugs upon go live. The UI is also clunky to use, resulting in multiple more steps being undertaken to complete an order, and lack of clear information on the event programme which was easily accessible in the previous version. I expect a lot of improvements in the coming months to fix its shortcomings, because there are currently too many to mention.
