Terrible experience

I would not access to the one movie which I have paid Hk $92. I had bad experience with this app and the services cuz I have already inform them but they have not reply to me yet. I just want my refund back as soon as possible.

Worst thing ever

When I tried to rent a movie jatra jatra i gos charged instantly but never got to watch the movie . Its not in my rented list but when i try to rent it again it says you have subscribed this already. Its so annoying and no one responses on their enquiry channels .
