Remapping should be changed

Since the \ is used to map an esc key, it becomes impossible to insert a \ in insert mode.
A better solution is provide a default .vimrc file and remap the key \ to esc.

Right now I cannot remap the esc nor the \. I found a work around to type '\' is type a dummy char, and "r" (replace) it with a \

Doesnt works with iPad Pro Smart Keyboard and ext Keyboard

This application does not detects any input from the iPad Pro Smart Keybord or any other bluetooth connected. Keyboard on the new IPad pro. it needs some work to be made compatible with the iPad pro but it would be a great text editor if it can be made so.
