Ratings and Reviews
The app WAS great, but now i find it lags a lot on both my iPhone XS and iPad Air 2. The notes come 1-2 seconds after you hit the key. Please fix!
Was better before
The first version was fun and functional although quite limited in features. This version looked promising as it had a number of interesting new capabilities. However, we found the delays in the keys when presses to undermine the entire point of the app. It also crashed within the first 60 seconds of us. The AirPlay feature caused such long delays that we had a good laugh about it...for all the wrong reasons for the developer. This is running on an iPad 2.
Individual volume control
1) Volume control problem, I have already mentioned on review for version 3.0.3 on 23 Feb 2011, but you did NO improvement
we play piano while we listen to mp3
what we need is TWO control bars, not ONE, why version 2 can do it but not version 3 ???
ONE bar is to control the volume of PIANO
ANOTHER bar is to control the background volume of mp3
do you understand !!!
you see, so many other comments for your product said the sound too low or covered
2) it perform extremely poor on "the NEW iPad"
lagging, no sound, can't perform multiple notes, please improve it, THANKS.
below is the original review for ver. 3.0.3 on 23 Feb 2011
The "individual volume control" sliding bar was removed after upgrading from version 2 to 3. The application's inside volume setting is particularly important when I tried to transcribe or imitate a song, especially for those cases louder songs (which can only be control by iPhone's gross volume control), the Vituosu 3 sound was largely covered by the original mp3 sound while transcribing, hence makes it difficult to differentiate the Virtuoso's piano sound. Could you please add back the individual "internal app volume control" in the later update, THANKS.
